Length (measured 4" from hairline down to longer point of the ends, this may differ from brand listing due to the way we measure):  16-17" layered with 14" face framing pieces

Cap Size: Small, 20.75" (We recommend this for a 20.25"-21.25" circumference)

Note: In the video, Lily mentions this fits like a true size small as this fits tight on her size medium head. 

Top Type: Lace top with lace front, multidirectional parting 

Parting area (measured center cross section of area, side to side x front to back): 4 x 5 in

Ear to ear (measured from top of each ear area across hairline): 11"

Front to back (measured from start of front center hairline to nape): 13"

Condition: New. Owned for about two months. 

Other: Medium light density. Lace is uncut. Knots are bleached and plucked near the hairline on the lace top.

(Dejaco Lace Top Wig, "Sophia" (R1338)) Beautiful Hair, but……

The hair is beautiful and the piece was brand new, however the front is severely over plucked with really dark knots. I wish that would have been mentioned as I could not accurately tell from the photos. It was also poorly packaged. I realize the piece was on re-sell, but I still paid over $1000 for it. Surely you could package the unit in a box of some sort. Instead it was crammed into a padded envelope with only a single piece of tissue around it. The envelope looked like it had been run over by a truck! The piece was tangled and luckily I did not cut the envelope open or I most likely would have cut the hair. This is my third purchase from you in less than 3 months and the first time I was not completely satisfied. I hope you will address these issues moving forward because I do think you have a great platform for buyers and sellers.
