Buyer is responsible for getting the item shipped back to us and the return shipping costs. Items must be return in original, new condition and unaltered, unwashed and unworn. Lace etc must still be in tact and the item free of any smells, such as smoke or perfumes etc. We charge a 15% return fee on all pieces that are returned for a refund. (this covers our rewashing and restyling time, sezzle fees etc that we do not get back when we issue refunds).
