This wig is part of the Leo collection. Leo collection wigs have a few special features:
- lightly bleached knots with an extremely natural looking plucked hairline
- Indian hair dries slightly wavy and have a very fine and super soft texture (usually feels a little more fluffy compared to Brazilian hair).

I have been a wig wearer for a few years now and have tried wigs from some of the most popular and high end brands out there. I am completely floored by the quality of this wig - the S&L team has nailed it!! The hairline is absolutely impeccable and the density is perfect. I have struggled with most wigs being too dense and I finally feel like I've found a brand that delivers natural density and a super natural hairline! I also want to give 5 stars for customer service. I was deciding between 2 colors and they allowed me to try both before making a decision. I really appreciated that AND the $50 restock fee, which makes trying wigs so much more accessible than most brands out there. I feel like I've finally met my wig soul mate, hallelujah!
I received my second S&L piece today and I am absolutely mindblown. My last piece was Kate from the S&L collection and I thought I'd never be able to replicate my love for her until today. Amy is perfect. Seamless hairline, impeccable color, and the density is so natural. These wigs truly are for everyone. Whether you are a first time buyer or seasoned in purchasing and wearing helper hair..this collection takes the cake. I'm so impressed and most importantly I feel amazing! Thank you a hundred times over. You guys are the silver lining in my hair journey!
There are pros and cons to this wig. I’ll start off by saying the hair quality of this wig is great. It’s so soft, smells great, and I love how they styled it with soft curls. The curls stay in for a long time. Also I like the adjustable band. I have a 21.5 circumference and this one is a 22.5 and I adjusted it to fit perfectly.
For the cons: I found it incredibly hard to hide the lace. It may be because of my darker skin complexion I’m not sure. Most of the models are fair skin. I tried wig tint powder, spray tint, and foundation. Nothing would work. I got very nervous because I already cut the lace and put a lot of product on it. Finally I used the perfect line grid eraser that I found on Amazon and it finally looks pretty good. For a wig this expensive I thought I’d have an easier time hiding the lace. I spent at least $50 on product to hide the lace in my part. I bought this wig because I didn’t want to straighten my hair everyday and reduce heat damage. But I wanted a wig that looks natural. Overall I would give this wig a 3/5. I included pictures of my part before I discovered the perfect line lace eraser and after.
I purchased my wig not long ago. The match was so perfect. I am very happy I made my purchase with Silk or Lace will be a repeat customer. Customer Service was a plus with this company.
I’m newer to the wig universe and I’m so excited to have found Silk or Lace. I’ve never been able to find a wig that fits due to having a smaller head in general, and I found a wig that fits perfectly. Zoey was so helpful and understanding of all of my questions. I’ll definitely be buying more in the future!
