Knots are lightly bleached (i.e. some knots are completely bleached while others you can still see a slight knot, making it look natural and preserving the strength of the lace).

We will then send you a shipping label with the return address. You must provide via email a return tracking number within the 3-day return window.

The piece must be returned in the same condition and package. Any alterations, damage, or changes to the piece will result in your refund being void. 

Your refund will be returned to you via your original method of payment minus a $125 flat restock fee. No exceptions.
