Pick a slot that works for you. You'll get a confirmation with everything you need beforehand.
We listen first
What's going on with your hair, what you've tried, what you're hoping for, and what your lifestyle looks like for a best hair piece fit.
We narrow it down
Wig or topper, cap type, brand, length, color family — from hundreds of options to a handful. We've tried almost all brands in the industry and can give you our honest take.
You decide on your own time
You leave with a clear direction and take the time you need. We send you an email follow-up either way with a summary of pieces you were interested in.
How to get the most out of your consult
Before a virtual session
- Join somewhere with good natural light, if you can
- Come with your hair naturally (no styling products)
- Have a photo handy of a length or color you love
- Jot down your questions ahead of time so nothing gets forgotten
- Check out our current inventory to see what draws your eye
Before an in-person visit
- Come with clean, dry hair and skip heavy products/fibers
- No makeup on your forehead
- No extensions or other sewn in/glued on hair pieces
- Send us any pieces you're eyeing before your consult so we can have them ready
- Bring a friend if it helps — you're welcome to!
Questions people ask us first
I've never worn a hairpiece. Is a consult going to be overwhelming?
The opposite — that's exactly who the consult is designed for. Most people come in knowing nothing about cap construction or density, and that's completely normal. We start wherever you are and answer all your questions.
Do I have to buy anything?
No. A consult is about getting you good information. Plenty of people book, learn what they need, and take weeks or months before they're ready. Everyone is on their own journey.
Do I need a wig or a topper?
It mostly depends on how much of your own hair you're working with. If you still have coverage and it's just thinning, a topper usually blends in beautifully. If your hair loss is more advanced, a full wig is typically the better fit. However, there's a lot more factors that are custom to each person. This is one of the first things we sort out with you.
Can I try pieces on virtually?
Not physically — but we can show you pieces on camera, talk through how they'd translate to your hair, and get you close enough to choose confidently. If trying on matters to you and you can reach DFW, the in-person visit is worth it.
What if it doesn't work out once it arrives?
We keep returns simple: a flat $100 return fee, rather than the percentage-based restocking fees that are common in this industry. Final sale items are excluded. A consult beforehand is the best way to avoid needing a return at all.

Yes, and you won't be the first. Bring whatever questions you have, including about timing and what to expect as things change. We'll take it at whatever pace feels right to you.
