Where are you located?
6529 W. Plano Pkwy, Suite C, Plano, TX 75093, about 20 minutes north of downtown Dallas. We’re private appointment only, so please book at least 24 hours ahead rather than dropping in.
Do you have weekend appointments?
Yes, we open select weekend times each month, mainly for clients traveling in. Call (214) 736-4163 to check upcoming dates.
How much do your wigs and toppers cost?
Silk or Lace Collection wigs start around $1,600 and toppers around $1,100. Lightly worn pieces from other brands start around $599, priced below original retail. Your consult will help you find what fits your needs and budget.
Do I have to buy anything?
No. A consult is about getting you good information. Plenty of people book, learn what they need, and take weeks or months before they’re ready.
I’ve never worn a hairpiece. Will a consult be overwhelming?
The opposite. That’s exactly who the consult is designed for. We start wherever you are and answer every question.
I’m going through chemo or dealing with medical hair loss. Can you help?
Yes, and you won’t be the first. Bring whatever questions you have, including about timing and what to expect as things change. We’ll take it at whatever pace feels right to you.
Do I need a wig or a topper?
It mostly depends on how much of your own hair you’re working with. If you still have coverage and it’s thinning, a topper often blends in beautifully. If your hair loss is more advanced, a full wig is usually the better fit. This is one of the first things we sort out together.
What if it doesn’t work out once I have it?
We keep returns simple with a flat $100 return fee, instead of the percentage-based restocking fees common in this industry. Final sale items are excluded.
