Description
This service is for pieces that you have purchased or are selling through Silk or Lace. Deep conditioning treatment will vary based on the condition of the wig using high quality salon grade products and includes washing & styling.
Please note: if your hair piece is too damaged, we will not be able to provide this service to you and will process a refund.
For Resell pieces, we cannot control how the hair piece will react to hair products during the washing and conditioning process as we are not the original manufacturer for this item. There is a possibility that the color may change after wash depending on what the manufacturer or seller previously used that is out of our control. We will start with a test strand and will update you on whether the color changes or not.
This service will take about 2 weeks to complete.
This service and the hair piece is final sale.
