The wig itself is beautiful but I highly do not recommend customizations. I requested to add bangs to the wig and provided sample photos of the type of bangs I wanted. What I received looked nothing like what I asked for and ruined the wig. The bangs are too short, sparse, and stick out. I'm not sure if it can be fixed. If bangs were not recommended based on the wig's construction, I wish they told me. I am disappointed this is the most I've ever spent on a wig and I can't even wear it.
The hair is silky and has body. The piece appears almost new.
