A rare color and size lightly worn find! We do not normally get in larger sizes so this one is a definitely a steal. The quality of the hair is great and the auburn brown instantly brings cozy warmth that is perfect for the fall season.

Length (measured 4" from hairline down to longer point of the ends, this may differ from brand listing due to the way we measure): 14-21" layered with 12" face framing pieces
Cap Size: Large/Extra Large, 23.5" circumference (We recommend 23-24" circumference)
Note: The cap has stretched over time - this feels more like an large to extra large fit overall.
Top Type: Lace top with lace front, multidirectional parting
Parting area (measured center cross section of area, side to side x front to back): 3.5 x 5 in.
Ear to ear (measured from top of each ear area across hairline): 11.5”
Front to back (measured from start of front center hairline to nape): 14.5"
Cap Material: Wefted
Hair Type/Origin: Mongolian
Hair Texture: Dries straight
Condition: Heavily loved. Owned for about one year and a half.
Other: Medium to medium light density (about 120-125%). Lace is cut fairly close to the hairline in an uneven, jagged method with tiny room in some areas to further customize. There is a bit of fraying on the lace. Knots are bleached and plucked about halfway on the lace top, the rest of the knots are not bleached. There is light knot fallout across the front of the hairline. There is makeup/residue staining on the lace that is visible in those areas. Light wear and tear on the clips and inside cap. There is some staining near the nape that is not visible on the outside and does not affect the integrity of the piece.
Considerations: The quality of the hair looks and feels great. There are a bit more return hairs than usual - you can use a hot comb/wax stick/water spray bottle to flatten down further. You can use a facial cleanser or clarifying shampoo to try to wash off the makeup staining near the front of the lace. Due to the larger cap size, the lace lifts and will be best worn with a bit of glue/tape to further secure down. You can also take this piece to a professional to resize. Overall, this piece is in good condition.

It isn’t the fault of Silk or Lace, but this piece is a disaster. I wore her 5 times before I really saw how bad this situation was. The hair tangles so badly at the nape and it’s not wearable. I have to constantly use a wide toothed comb, which still isn’t enough. The hair is very dry and feels/looks almost synthetic. I own another Lu’s piece and it’s nothing like this. I am really disappointed, but again know it’s not anyone’s fault.

I was hesitant about the Lu’s salt and pepper wig because it’s a small and I’m right at a medium. It fits great, just a little snug. The quality of the wig is beautiful. And the shipping was so quick, I was surprised when it came. I will definitely look for more pieces from Silk or Lace!

Lu’s has Real HD lace and is double lace double drawn hair so will last longer, the hair is super soft Mongolian, does not frizz and multiparting. Realistic 130% density. Only wore 3x total like brand new! 🫶🏼
