Ear to ear (measured from top of each ear area across hairline): 11.5"
Front to back (measured from start of front center hairline to nape): 13.5"

Condition: Like new. Owned for two months.
Other: Medium to medium light density (about 120-125%). Lace is cut close to the hairline. There are naturally lighter knots due to the color/face framing near the front of the hairline. Light knot fallout across the front of the hairline - not very noticeable when wearing. Seller added a haircut to this piece.
Considerations: Overall, this piece is in good condition.
