Color: Short dark brown shadow root into a warm sunkissed golden dark blonde with medium blonde and chestnut brown tones, sunny highlights throughout
Length (measured 4" from hairline down to longer point of the ends, this may differ from brand listing due to the way we measure): 14-19" layered with 11" face framing pieces
Cap Size: Small, 21.25" circumference (We recommend 20.75-21.75" circumference)
Top Type: Lace top with lace front and velvet lining, multidirectional parting
Parting area (measured center cross section of area, side to side x front to back): 4 x 4.5
Ear to ear (measured from top of each ear area across velcro strip): 11.5"
Front to back (measured from start of front center hairline to nape): 13"
Cap Material: Wefted
Hair Type/Origin: Mongolian
Hair Texture: Dries straight
Condition: Lightly loved. Owned for about seven months. Seller purchased second hand. Rarely worn. Original seller owned for about one year.
Other: Medium light density (about 120%). Lace is cut very close to the hairline in a jagged method with a bit of fraying. The knots are lightly bleached about 1 cm near the front of the hairline, the rest of the knots are not bleached. Knots are plucked. Light knot fallout across the hairline, the ear tabs have been cut further back (pictured) and there is light makeup staining on the lace and hair part that is visible in those areas.
The cap has been resized with thread going across in a circle throughout the cap and by the lace top (the velvet lining is scrunched up a bit where it has been resized and you can feel it when wearing, however it is not visible). There is some loose thread by the nape that does not affect the integrity of the piece. There is some discoloration on the brand label tag.
Considerations: The hair feels very slightly dry toward the ends, a deep conditioning treatment can help maintain nourishment on the hair over time. There are a bit of return hairs - you can use a hot comb/wax stick/water spray bottle or a combination of all three to further pat down if you do not prefer. You can undo the resizing by removing the thread/stitching with a seam ripper. Overall, this piece is in good condition.

Lily pictured is 5’3 height with a 22" circumference head and usually wears a size medium.

I am finding my ‘new’ Madison Luxury Cap wig very comfortable and such lovely quality hair. Enjoying settling in with it. After a rather disappointing, not to mention very expensive, experience buying a wig online last year, I am delighted that this one is such high spec. Delivery was quick and efficient. As I am in the Uk the import duty did add a fair what to the price but since the wig was heavily discounted I didn’t feel so bad! I would definitely buy from Silk or Lace again.
