Absolutely love this wig! Silk or Lace is amazing. I truly appreciate this company. I stalk their website every week to see what new drops they have. I've talked to Pinky several times and she has always answered all my questions and even sent me comparison videos and pics of this Milano wig, which helped me decide whether or not to purchase it. Which I did and I am in love! If you have questions do not be afraid to ask...I feel like they try to accommodate their customers and go above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I've ordered four wigs from their site so far, but I returned one cause it didn't work out but every wig I have ordered has been exactly as described. I love my new Milano and look forward to purchasing more from them!!

This piece is like brand new. I love it

Buyer Beware! What Silk and lace failed to disclose on this Milano wig, is too much to point out. However, I WILL let the consumer’s know. There’s a rip in the lace, barely attached to the weft. One stroke of the brush and you’ll be spending another couple hundred to fix the wig. They’re refusing to credit my $100 restocking fee! If they were Honest and didn’t omit crucial info. I wouldn’t of spent a cent on the wig. I tried to post a picture, so the next customer is not robbed. However, their website is not allowing me to post the picture; what a SUPRISE. You would think the wigs would be inspected when received and prior to shipping them out. I noticed the rip in the wefting within five minutes and shipped it back within 15 minutes. The FTC Act prohibits unfair or deceptive advertising in any medium. That is, advertising must tell the truth and not mislead consumers. A claim can be misleading if relevant information is left out or if the claim implies something that's not true Omitting is illegal. Shame on your company. Stealing money when your being unethical. And it’s not reposted as a Final sale! So, they’re going to rip you off of another consumer $100’s! I’ll be making a complaint.
