Milano Wigs, "Brunette"

Buyer Beware! What Silk and lace failed to disclose on this Milano wig, is too much to point out. However, I WILL let the consumer’s know. There’s a rip in the lace, barely attached to the weft. One stroke of the brush and you’ll be spending another couple hundred to fix the wig. They’re refusing to credit my $100 restocking fee! If they were Honest and didn’t omit crucial info. I wouldn’t of spent a cent on the wig. I tried to post a picture, so the next customer is not robbed. However, their website is not allowing me to post the picture; what a SUPRISE. You would think the wigs would be inspected when received and prior to shipping them out. I noticed the rip in the wefting within five minutes and shipped it back within 15 minutes. The FTC Act prohibits unfair or deceptive advertising in any medium. That is, advertising must tell the truth and not mislead consumers. A claim can be misleading if relevant information is left out or if the claim implies something that's not true Omitting is illegal. Shame on your company. Stealing money when your being unethical. And it’s not reposted as a Final sale! So, they’re going to rip you off of another consumer $100’s! I’ll be making a complaint.

My initial thoughts: the hair and color was beautiful and soft. After trying it on though, the fit was strange. The cap was quite large on the sides of my head. Not sure if this is standard for milano wigs as I’ve never used that brand. Ended up returning due to cap fit. Measurements on website were accurate. Top of sides (which are not a standard part of measurements) were baggy. Maybe my head is small on the sides? Service from silk or lace was great though, so I have ordered an alternate piece from them. Fingers crossed :)

I really like the light density of this piece and that it does not have any ear tabs, but the hairline is not my favorite. The knots were too dark for my liking.
