I can't emphasize enough how Pinky's customer service was above and beyond anything I've experienced before. She was so patient with my many questions (new to the alternative hair world) and was invested in ensuring the piece I chose was the right one for me. The quality of the hair is to die for! It is so silky smooth and soft (even after washing). I love it so much and have received many compliments (no one noticed it wasn't my hair). I would absolutely buy another piece from Silk or Lace! I will add that I had my hair stylist add some low lights to the piece but I'll include an original photo as well.

I'm only two year in to wearing toppers and still experimenting with what I like so making an expensive purchase like this is nerve wracking, but I really love this topper and I'm so glad I got it. The cap is comfy and lays nicely and the hair is nice quality and didn't frizz in the humidity. and I have been able to restore the beautiful waves with ease using a heatless curling rod. I'm very happy overall

This topper is so sleek and smooth. After struggling with trying to get lower-grade hair toppers to lay flat and just be silky, this was such a breath of fresh air. The color somehow matched my roots perfectly as well. It's honestly the first topper I have not had to cut, thin, and layer. If you have fine, thin hair and are looking for a little boost but not a head full of "influencer" hair, then this is perfect. I wore it in front of my family and I will never forget their faces when I lifted it up to show them-- they honestly had no idea. Even after showing them, my sister in law asked me the next day if I was wearing it (it was in a ponytail.) It lays so flat and blends so well. These days my bio hair would never get this long and it hasn't been smooth like this for 20 years. I seriously think I look 10 years younger with it on!!

I received this Sienna lightly worn Wig and it is in perfect condition. I can’t believe it is lightly worn and preowned! I purchased a lightly loved WBT “Betsy” lace wig recently and I’m absolutely blown away by the quality. The hair is silky soft and the density is medium light making it a great match to my bio hair. The listing had noted pink tinted make up staining to the lace which I’ve been able to mostly remove. Very happy!
