We maintain an online marketplace hosting "Brand Affiliates" at www.silkorlace.com for the display, marketing and sale of original boutique hair pieces and related items.
Orders may take between 1-3 business days to process before shipping out, unless otherwise stated in the product description. After orders are submitted, if you would like to make any changes to your order or cancel your order, please email us within 2 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org. Note: Once your order’s status is set to “shipped”, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame noted in your shipping information that is emailed to you. If there are any shipping delays, you will be notified via email.
Once the carrier has marked the package as “shipped” and “delivered,” Silk or Lace is no longer liable for the item as it is the shipping carrier’s responsibility to deliver the item(s) to you.
The customer may opt to purchase shipping insurance. If the customer chooses not to purchase insurance, the customer accepts all responsibly for any lost or stolen items.
All Credit Card charges will appear as Silk or Lace for your privacy. However, packages will ship from the Brand Affiliate you have purchased from. Package name and appearance will differ with each Brand Affiliate.
*In order to comply with PayPal’s best practices standards, all orders placed using PayPal will be captured within 24-48 hours from the order placement.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please pay attention to the address that is on your file as any other address used will put your item at risk for getting lost in the mail, sent to the wrong company, or delaying your refund.
Any odor on your wig will render it ineligible for return or exchange, or it may be subject to an additional restocking fee. The Brand Affiliate or Silk or Lace for RE:silkorlace items shall be the sole arbitrator to determine if a wig has been altered in any way from its original condition and if it is returnable.
Please allow 4-5 business days for your exchange/return to be processed from the time it is received by the Brand Affiliate or Silk or Lace.
All order cancellations will be subject to a $50 fee, effective 1/26/21.
Once approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. It may take up to 7-10 business days for this refund to post to your bank account or credit card.
DISCOUNTS/PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE
If you find any item we carry at a lower price on a competitor's or brand's website, SilkorLace.com will match the competitor’s price and/or discount code.
- The item must be the exact item that you are requesting for a price match. If it is a discount match, the discount must apply to the exact piece you are submitting for a discount request.
- The competitor must be an authorized US internet retailer advertising the identical product online.
- The exact product must be advertised on the competitor’s website not by email or written price quote.
- Price matching cannot be combined with any additional coupons or offers.
- Price matching can be completed by Silk or Lace Representatives before you purchase or within ten (10) days of your purchase.
