Recently received my second wig from SilkorLace. My go to wig place, I no longer want to shop anywhere else. My Halsey wavy wig is just gorgeous! Looks so real! Love the color, the length, the feel and the smell. I love bangs so I ordered with custom bangs to 5 inches straight across. I love how Staff wants to get it just right and email me to inquire how I want bangs cut (Ex.: What length, what style, and if possible, send a picture of how I want bangs cut). Customer service is awesome! I originally sent a picture showing bangs slanted and Staff wanted to confirm this choice. Then I realized that was a different style with straight hair so I sent another picture with straight across bangs and confirmed this choice along with choice of 5 inches. Staff did a wonderful job from the terrific customer service to the stylist. The bangs were cut just slightly crooked but I was able to correct on my own but cutting a little bit more on the right side. I informed customer service that if you match up the tabs ear to ear Stylist could discover bangs but just slightly crooked. Left side longer than right side. Anyway, that said, I’m still very pleased. Henceforth the 4 stars out of 5 stars. Also, love the freebie’s included with new wigs (nice brush with SilkorLace name on it and a small travel water bottle to keep the gorgeous waves of my Halsey wavy wig) and I love the little handwritten symbols each Staff member that packed the wigs place next to their handwritten name (Ex.: heart, smiley face). Such an extra, personal touch that I love.
I would suggest if you are having your wig customized like I did that SilkorLace Staff also include Stylist name as well.
Another suggestion: I didn’t see a place to add the details of how you want your wig customized
if this is your choice when you place your orders so this is why Customer service has to email as well.
Thank you to Customer Service who reached out to me about my customized bangs request to get it just right: Suran was first to email me and inquire about length and please send picture if possible. Next, Pinky & I emailed extensively to make sure to get customized bangs just right and Pinky also answered all my inquiries. Also, thank you to the Staff members who packed this wig & freebies: Nicole packed this Halsey wavy wig and included smiley face symbol and to Sy who included a heart symbol and packed my first wig (Nuola wig Straight style with customized 5 inches bangs straight across - previously owned).

I’m so impressed, I order a third wig that’s on its way to me. This wig already has straight across 5 inch bangs so there was no need for Customer service to contact me.
