This Lu's Wigs lace top wig is a hidden gem as it is a size extra large! A rare size as we don't usually get in the larger cap sizes in our resale section. It has a beautiful dark espresso brown base with warm highlights throughout. It features the perfect, comfortable mid length that's manageable yet still versatile for styling. A great find overall.

Length (measured 4" back from hairline down to the longest point of the ends): 15-18" layered
Cap Size: Extra Large, 23" circumference (We recommend 22.5-23.5" circumference)
Top Type: Lace top with lace front and mesh/velvet lining, multidirectional parting
Parting Area (measured center cross-section of area): 4 x 5.5
Ear to ear (measured from top of each ear area across hairline): 11.75"
Front to back (measured from start of front center hairline to nape): 13.5"
Cap Material: Wefted
Hair Type/Origin: Mongolian
Hair Texture: Dries Straight
Condition: Lightly loved. Owned for a year. Seller wore a couple times.
Other: Medium to medium high density (130-135%). Lace is cut with additional room to customize from temple to temple in a jagged method with a bit of fraying. Lace is cut further in by the ear tabs. Knots are bleached about an inch near the front of the hairline, while the rest of the knots are not. Light knot fallout with short hairs sticking out near the front - not very visible when wearing. Light staining inside the lace top that is not visible on the outside.
Considerations: The hair feels a bit dry toward the ends, we recommend a deep conditioning treatment to help maintain nourishment on the hair over time. The caramel highlights has oxidized over time, you can take this piece to a professional to tone/neutralize if you prefer. There are also return hairs on this piece - you can use a hot comb/wax stick/water spray bottle or a combination of all three to further pat down if you prefer. Lace curls/slightly lifts by the ear tabs - this may best be worn with a bit of glue or tape in those areas to further secure down. Overall, in good condition.

It isn’t the fault of Silk or Lace, but this piece is a disaster. I wore her 5 times before I really saw how bad this situation was. The hair tangles so badly at the nape and it’s not wearable. I have to constantly use a wide toothed comb, which still isn’t enough. The hair is very dry and feels/looks almost synthetic. I own another Lu’s piece and it’s nothing like this. I am really disappointed, but again know it’s not anyone’s fault.

I was hesitant about the Lu’s salt and pepper wig because it’s a small and I’m right at a medium. It fits great, just a little snug. The quality of the wig is beautiful. And the shipping was so quick, I was surprised when it came. I will definitely look for more pieces from Silk or Lace!

Lu’s has Real HD lace and is double lace double drawn hair so will last longer, the hair is super soft Mongolian, does not frizz and multiparting. Realistic 130% density. Only wore 3x total like brand new! 🫶🏼
