This lace top whopper from Lu's Wigs is a hidden gem. We don't often get in whoppers which is a hybrid of a wig and hair topper making it the best of both worlds! The lace front creates a hairline for you so you don't have to blend with your hair in the front, however the cap is more like a topper so you can blend with your hair towards the bottom. A great option if you are looking for a hair loss or hair thinning solution that adds coverage and creates a hairline while still being able to blend with your hair for a natural, lightweight fit overall.

Condition: Lightly loved. Owned for about three months.
Other: Light medium density (about 115-120%). Lace is cut very close to the hairline in a jagged, uneven method with a bit of fraying. Knots are not bleached, they are lightly plucked. There is light knot fallout near the front center that is not very noticeable when wearing. Two of the clips on one side are loose and will need to be re-sewn/tightened. Loose thread by the adjustable straps/nape area that does not affect the integrity of the piece. There are three lines going down the cap that may be due to resizing, it does not affect the integrity of the piece.
Considerations: The root has a slight grey/green undertone - you can take this piece to a professional to tone/neutralize. The lace lifts a bit - this may best be worn with a bit of glue or tape to further secure. Overall, in good condition.

It isn’t the fault of Silk or Lace, but this piece is a disaster. I wore her 5 times before I really saw how bad this situation was. The hair tangles so badly at the nape and it’s not wearable. I have to constantly use a wide toothed comb, which still isn’t enough. The hair is very dry and feels/looks almost synthetic. I own another Lu’s piece and it’s nothing like this. I am really disappointed, but again know it’s not anyone’s fault.

I was hesitant about the Lu’s salt and pepper wig because it’s a small and I’m right at a medium. It fits great, just a little snug. The quality of the wig is beautiful. And the shipping was so quick, I was surprised when it came. I will definitely look for more pieces from Silk or Lace!

Lu’s has Real HD lace and is double lace double drawn hair so will last longer, the hair is super soft Mongolian, does not frizz and multiparting. Realistic 130% density. Only wore 3x total like brand new! 🫶🏼
