What are your shipping policies for Silk or Lace pieces?
We offer free domestic shipping for our Silk or Lace wigs and toppers.
However, international shipping will be charged and varies based on location. Customs and duties fees also are not covered and will vary based on location (the customer is responsible for paying all customs duties, fees, and taxes).
What is your return policy for Silk or Lace Pieces?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your hair piece! If there is any reason why this hair piece will not work for you, please be assured that you may return the hairpiece as long as it is in its original condition and unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
We accept returns (unless otherwise noted final sale) within 3 business days (not including the day of delivery) with a $100 (effective 2/12/24) flat restocking fee per hair piece. This fee covers shipping both ways as well as a non-refundable credit card transaction fee that we are charged on our end.
After request submission, we will send you a return label and this label must be activated within 3 days from your delivery date (not including the delivery date) to be eligible for a refund. You must use this return label only as this is how your item will be tracked.
The piece must be returned in the same condition and packaging. Any alterations, damage, or changes to the piece will result in your refund being void.
Your refund will be returned to you via your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to process through your bank.
All cancelled orders will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee, which covers non-refundable transaction fee we are charged immediately after a transaction. No exceptions.
Do you support exchanges?
Unfortunately we do not support exchanges at this time.
How do you determine your sizing and measurements?
Am I allowed to try on the hair piece and still eligible to return the piece if it's not the right piece for me?
Yes! You may try on the hair piece as long as the hair part is not changed and it does not get styled, cut, washed, or have any products added to the hair piece.
Do you have a physical location to see the pieces in person?
