What are your shipping policies for Wholesale?

We offer free domestic shipping for our wholesale wigs and toppers.

However, international shipping will be charged and varies based on location. Customs and duties fees also are not covered and will vary based on location (the customer is responsible for paying all customs duties, fees, and taxes).

What is your return policy for Wholesale?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your hair piece! If there is any reason why this hair piece will not work for your client and/or business, please be assured that you may return the hairpiece as long as it is in its original condition and unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

We accept returns (unless otherwise noted final sale) within 3 business days (not including the day of delivery) with a $75 flat restocking fee per hair piece

After request submission, we will send you a return label and this label must be activated within 3 days from your delivery date (not including the delivery date) to be eligible for a refund. You must use this return label only as this is how your item will be tracked.

The piece must be returned in the same condition and packaging. Any alterations, damage, or changes to the piece will result in your refund being void. 

Your refund will be returned to you via your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to process through your bank. 

All cancelled orders will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No exceptions.

Do you support exchanges?

Unfortunately we do not support exchanges at this time.

How do you determine your sizing and measurements?

Is my client allowed to try on the hair piece and still eligible to return the piece if it's not the right piece for her? 

Yes! The client may try on the hair piece as long as the hair part is not changed and it does not get styled, cut, washed, or have any products added to the hair piece.

Do you provide volume discounts?

Yes! Our volume discounts start at a $10,000 minimum value order. If you would like to start a high volume order, please email us at wholesale@silkorlace.com

Can you support custom orders or customize any pieces?

Unfortunately we do not support any customer orders or customize any pieces at this time; the hair pieces come as pictured on each listing. Our only exception is with high volume orders ($10,000 minimum). For customizations with large orders, please email wholesale@silkorlace.com.

Do you have a physical location to see the pieces in person?

Yes! Our office is located at 6529 W. Plano Pkwy, Suite C, Plano, Texas 75093. We are available by appointment only. To make an appointment with us, please email wholesale@silkorlace.com.

Are you able to sew on logos or provide custom boxes?

Unfortunately we do not support logo creation or boxes at this time. All orders will be shipped in padded white envelopes that are unbranded – a blank slate for your business!

Do you wash and style the pieces?

All of the pieces in our wholesale collection have been washed and styled in-house!
