Other: This is a brand new 24” Halsey wig from Silk or Lace! The lace has been cut but it’s never been worn. All clips and combs are still intact and it has silicone along the nape and inside the ear tabs. The soft black hair is beautiful and the hairline is bleached & looks very realistic!
