Note: In the video, Lily mentions this fits like a size small/medium as this fits comfortable on her size medium head yet a bit snug. If you do not prefer a snug fit, we recommend this would best fit someone with a size small/medium to small. Due to the silicone lining, this piece will have a snug overall fit.
